Non-directed surface decontamination training

Objectives of the non-directed surface decontamination training

  • KNOWLEDGE: To develop skills in the fields of non-directed surface decontamination.
  • KNOWLEDGE: To master the practices and concepts related to specific topics in the fields of non-directed surface decontamination.
  • KNOW-HOW: To implement good practices of non-directed decontamination of surfaces in controlled dust environments.

Teaching methods and resources

LAB’SCIENCE Academy’s training courses are conducted in person. They alternate between practice (participative, demonstrative, interrogative methods) and theory (lecture methods). Knowledge is applied through exercises, scenarios and studies.

– Our training courses stand out by the high quality and diversity of the equipment available: (laser pointer, video projector, loudspeaker/sound system, paperboard). They are designed in accordance with the regulations in force in terms of accessibility (disabled persons), hygiene and safety.
– During practical workshops, we use relevant application areas (laboratory, clean room).

Prerequisites

Our training courses are intended for professionals working in environments with controlled dust levels (laboratories, clean rooms) in the fields of research, health and industry (pharmaceutical, food and agri-food). The training does not require any particular pre-requisite in non-directed surface decontamination. It can be customised on request and is therefore aimed at people who already have specific knowledge.

Target audience of the non-directed surface decontamination training

The training is aimed at professionals who are confronted with the non-directed decontamination of surfaces in the context of their activity:
> Technical division: maintenance staff, users, manipulators (technicians, researchers, trainees);
> Support division: management, biological safety officers, managers, HSE officers.
